St. Mary's Cathedral School currently uses Education in Virtue from Openlight Media as a guidance and virtue education program for all children.  Children first LEARN that the habit of doing good is a virtue, and in order to live it, must know what virtue "looks like" and "sounds like."  By learning the virtues, one internalizes the characteristics of a good, integrated life, and then can respond virtuously in all of life's circumstances.  In stage 3, children WITNESS a friendship with Christ, enabling good acts to flow easily and provide on in the delight of doing good.
